We Have A Dream

“We have a dream, a dream of a world without the pain of lost loved ones. A dream of a world free from the evil of the streets and the damage done by misguided hearts and dangerous intentions. We all deserve to be free from violence and heartbreak. We all deserve to live in a world of peace and the promise of a bright future; this is our dream for you.”  ~ Together Against Violence

Even if we knew why tragedies like this happened, it still would not make sense for young children or anyone for the matter to fall victim to such a horrific crime. If you know of any parents who need help with emotional or substance abuse problems, it is of the utmost importance that you try to get them some help; whether it be a social worker, public health agency, law enforcement or a family/church intervention. Crimes like this just don’t happen, they can be months or even years in the making.
